What would the prosecutor have to prove for me to be convicted for the sale of drugs?
The prosecutor has to prove that you sold a controlled substance to another person. It's not necessary for the prosecutor to prove that you exchanged the drugs for money. They can also show that you exchanged them for something of value or for the promise of money or something of value.
