What would the prosecutor have to prove for me to be convicted of manufacturing drugs?
There are a number of different ways that the prosecutor can try to show that you manufactured drugs. We normally think of manufacture in terms of chemically making a drug, as in meth labs. However, the definition of this crime also includes growing drugs such as cannabis. Manufacturing also includes packaging, labeling, or relabeling a controlled substance.
