Robin Lemonidis - Melbourne Florida Criminal Law

in all phases of the criminal justice system, including
pre-indictment investigations, negotiating charging decisions
with the prosecutor's office, discovery, and creative
motion practice. Extensive jury trial experience in both
DUI and complex felony cases involving sensitive witnesses
and/or medical evidence.

member of child abuse and sex crimes special prosecution unit.
Has prosecuted and defended sex crimes, such as capital sexual
battery charges and lewd and lascivious assault, among others.
Trial
experience in homicide having prosecuted and defended first
and second degree murder charges.
Ms. Lemonidis
gives special attention to driver's license issues that arise
from DUI charges and professional licensing concerns that
may arise from any professional's arrest.

but not limited to, Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, Orange,
Seminole, Volusia, and Hillsborough Counties.
